rain rain go away

It feels like it's been raining forever - ok, about three days straight. What happened to summer, I'd like to know. Officially today it's autumn and I think Canberra has already had its usual March rainfall - in one day. Yikes! 


Lake G is swelling noticeably. I went for a walk this afternoon - it was still spitting, but I just had to do some exercise - and it was amazing to see how much the water level had risen. Picnic tables are awash.
