Had a great ride this morning before the weather turned too nasty - lots of roos around Black Mountain on the way into Canberra city.

Marvellous Melbourne

M and I had a great weekend visiting friends and attending various entertainments in Melbourne. I especially loved the street art, and the inner city pubs - we don't have inner city pubs in Canberra, unless you count the legendary Wig and Pen. And there was good op shopping and eating and drinking too.

Dam the weekends are short

Finally got all the technology aligned again to continue blogging...

Took a trip to Corin Dam, part of the Namadji National Park, and checked out Gibraltar Falls too. It's beautiful countryside. On the way back we spotted 8 emus grazing in a paddock with a few cows.
